Paul.........which eatery did you have your steak at in Quincy? We get over there 2 or 3 times a month so might check it out if it was really good. We hit Sprout's once in a while or maybe the Village Inn. That's generally about as "up scale" as we get! We're about 50 miles west, over in Missouri.
