SWMN | Nice pics. The one question I have a good answer for is the VSP Run as far away as you can from them we built a new free stall barn 2 years ago had to dig a 950ft well and put on a VSP we first had problems with the pump when we would lose power it wouldn't get its prime back so we got that finally figured out then we started to have problems in the summer when then cows would start to drink alot the motor would get hot and the controler would shut it down for short time to let it cool. I know that sounds like a good thing but when cows are hot and thirsty they will stand and wait for more water and that pump would get hot again and the cows would not get caught up till it would cool down at night.
Long story short we put took it out and put in a standard pump and pressure tank.
