New Mexico | NOT send a bill to those farmers where the co has to come in and clean up the road right of way which is being farmed on/trespassed on too btw.
Sounds like it's a pretty common ( ho hmm, local deal perhaps ) practice now where folks are farming the ditches there.
Might be a good reason for the County to REQUIRE fences be put in to thus keep farmers there from farming the whole road.
( who would have ever thought of fences perhaps required along roads in the Midwest to keep the crop farmers IN? jeez ) | |
