New Mexico | intersections is sooner or later folks will have a bad vehicle accident in those areas.
Not that crop farmers even have much liability ...but the Township IS liable, the County IS liable if it's a county road etc..
So EVERYONE else once again gets to PAY for what is TRUELY farmer negligence in those local areas.
( then we'll hear the argument that everyone did not have to supposedly pay...because the Township's Insurance co got stuck for it.)
