Our kids fed their 4H lambs the same ration we feed all our lambs, slightly cracked corn and pellets.  Funny thing, our lambs alway brought top dollar in the sales ring, but got dinged in the show ring for being "too fat".  The winning lamb always looked like it hadn't been fed for the last month and was so skinny you could practically see it's ribs.

Only way to win in the ring, no FAT, no TAIL, no WHITE on the face.
