What do you consider "typical" dressing percentage for a steer?
I did a search and come up with two particular articles: dressing percent one (from the US), dressing percent two (from Australia) the Australian one looks lower, the US one looks near .59-.60... Lots of factors to consider.
Looking back at my own numbers from the past two seasons, 0.60 is about the middle of my range.
