Blue Earth, MN | Ho Ho Ho...Greeeennn giant! Also, the Schwen Ice cream and Candy Co. that was based here invented the process to coat a brick of ice cream with chocolate. Later that process was sold and patented by the original makers of the eskimo pie. Our farm was one of three dairy farms owned by the Schwen's to supply milk to the factory.
