Thanks for all the advice. I think I'll try to cook the pork up in advance and freeze it. What kind of seasonings did you use for your cooked pork? I can get loins from the local packing plant through a friend of ours so will use loins. How long do you think you have to heat frozen pork in roasters? First time around so don't want to be serving frozen sandwiches!
