MN | Our oldest graduates this year and I'm starting to think about the food - he doesn't care what I serve, but I would like to serve something we have - like beef or pork. Thinking about getting pork loin and doing sandwiches with the best bakery buns in the area! Can I cook the pork loin (frozen raw) in advance of the graduation, freeze it cooked and then put it into roasters to serve warm for the party? Any seasoning ideas? Trying to come up with the least stress method! Open to any suggestions for graduation parties. | |
