southern Minnesota
Our son graduated last year and we had pulled pork. We bought pork from our local locker and I cooked it up with all the seasonings ahead of time and froze it in ice cream pails. You can get about 10 lbs in a pail. We put out bbq sauce on the food table as not everyone likes bbq meat and they could use how much they wanted. We also had fresh fruit, beans doctored up with hamburger and seasonings, macaroni salad, chocolate chip cookies and a smaller cake. We had a root beer keg that went over great along with bottle water and lemonade. If you can have a couple of friends or sisters help the day of the party would be great. This way you can visit with the guests without worrying about the food. Good luck and remember to enjoy this time!! : )
