Subject: Switching to soybeans?

Lapel, In
At what point will you ,that are struggling with too much rainfall, switch to planting soybeans where corn was to be planted? Sure makes it even more unlikely that we will get the corn production the government had us down for in both acres and yield. Might be a good time to think about buying corn and selling beans in a spread. DT sure called it right for Indiana these last few days.Rain that appeared to be destined for us petered out vwhen it hit the cold Canadian air. If it holds off for a few more days, we should about have most of the crop(corn& beans) done this week.
