Springfield, MN | How did you rate the pain? Now for me just 1 week after surgery. They always go with the 0-10 scale. For me the worst was maybe 2. They were always asking and I only took Tylenol maybe 2 or 3 times. I think we finally bought some but not taking anything. Yes you can feel it but not an objectional pain. Just so I can say its there and nothing more. (I never take any sedatives at the dentist either)
We have 15 steps to go up stairs so lacking other guidance I am walking up and down 3 times in a row and monitoring BP and Pulse. Looks acceptable to me so far. Then rest a while and do it over. I'll see if over the time I can do it faster or longer. | |
