NC Indiana | Press = whatever the plunger pressed into the bale that revolution. What do you call them? Big sq bales unless stated otherwise.
Colored steers need to look finished. 1100-1200# w/ good hair/grooming usually wins (name might not hurt either).
Heifers are for replacement classes.
Holsteins seem to be more on actual finish w/ some minor grooming thrown in.
Personally, I'd rather see them slick sheared and shown that way, but the hair must taste good - ha. | |
