Rendell, not sure that 2 gallons/wk is excessive. That is only a bit more than a quart, 36 oz. per day. I, along with my wife and 3 year old son drink just shy of a gallon of milk EVERY day. And, this amount of milk consumption has been the norm my entire life. And it has always been raw milk to boot....
