nw NC | Only thing I know about freezing whole non homogenized milk is that cream could begin to rise to top of container and be frozen floating on top. . When thawed it may not be as easily mixed/shaken/stirred back into suspension, small clumps of cream could be noticed floating on top of a glassful. How long can it be kept frozen....... who knows ? Isn't the purpose of freezing it to keep it for a long time ? | |
