I drink about 2 gals./week myself. Better than drinking soda pop. However, my optometrist told me my body was trying to shed excess calcium through my eyelids. He asked me if my eyes felt "scratchy" & I said they didn't. He told me to back off a little on the milk intake. I'm trying to increase the amount of water I drink.
