Just went over some stats out of Brazil, and shows continued decline in herd numbers,

Alot more profit ( and alot less risk ) in selling hiefers vs keeping em for cows.

Export margins for processors are over the $75 cwt. weekly range.
At the same time usa producers think it's a good deal to produce cattle in the $106 cwt range.

Fact is, if 3 companies wanted to change the afore to a $106 cwt. weekly export margin and drop prices to usa producers to the $75 cwt. range...ALL that takes in places like the usa is about 4 phone calls.
