Pine City, MN | We have dairy/crop operation and the cell phone deal is tough.. Some employees are always dinging around on them others never do.. We try to make the dairy workers leave the phone in there trucks.. But, the tough part to enforce is that the one of the owners (my dad) is on his phone more often than a 13 year old girl.. When were planting and harvesting the cell phones are great to contact each other so it's a tough deal.. As far as time clock, do it, it works well here.. We went to the time clock for the same reason 4 45 was 500.. Another trick is getting them to punch in when they start to work... Some of the employees here go straight to work, others take 15 minutes changing clothes.. | |
