Amherst WI | We went to a small local bank a few years back from M&I (who just happened to be sold to Harris bank out of Canada last week). We still have a machinery loan and a checking account at M&I but that is it. I wanted to trade a few pieces of machinery in this fall on a Steiger and it at first seemed to be a real production and I also found out their "machinery expert" was a nice guy and an idiot. It all worked out but still not as nice as talking to the owner of the local bank. | |
