Dad banked locally, local bank sold out to a 3 bank system.  No decisions made locally.  Dad moved business to another bank where he could walk in and talk to the owner....... Owner sold bank to big conglomerate, dad moved banks to the one im at where we still can walk in an see the owner, if we wish.

The big banks,  like big auto dealerships, suck.
