N FLA | Jim, a question. I guess you sold T21 so he wasnt breeding his daughters if i remember correctly. Is it common to bring in a related bull, you said half brother for breeding. Just wondering if there is much difference in U70 vs. T21 breeding U70's calves as far as health defects from inbreeding. I dont know genetics, so just asking. I would have thought you would want an unrelated bull.
Edit, just doing some reading on Wikipedia, thats a form of linebreeding i guess. Used to increase likelihood of desirable traits. I'm sure you thought it through, would like to understand better. thanks.
