Clay Center, Nebraska, Jersey is consistently THEE highest marbling propensity breed in the USA.

Red Angus is 2nd. Black Angus is 3rd.

Jersey is a deep breed ( lots of numbers ) and has a relatively very LOW inbreed coefficient due to their open registry.

Good breed of cattle....lot of uses for em.
