Looks like you're taking great care of them to me! In my opinion, 3rd cutting is too good for beef cows. You could probably sell that pay for a premium price to a dairy and replace it with 1st cutting or cornstalk bales if you can find them. Might put a little money in your pocket, especially since they're still quite a ways from calving.
