| I'd appreciate a little advice; I was at the auction yard the other day and some sows went through. They weighed 500-700 lb.s and brought only .20cents a lb. My question is, were I to buy one (they looked good, though I know nothing about pigs, as evident by my question) and trailer her directly to the killer/butcher and have her slaughter, hung and wrapped, and put her in my freezer, would this be worth it? Would this work with any sizable healthy pig?
