Palestine, IL 62451
I built one a couple of years ago but it was big enough that if I just wanted a rack of ribs it was a waste of heat and time. So last summer I bought a 22" Weber Smoky Mountain. Very nice, holds heat well and cooked 6 8# butts Friday when it was about 35 here, So far it has been a really good investment. I just use charcoal (lump preferably) and throw in a couple of small pieces of hickory or apple. They also have a very helpful website.
