Nebraska | They have been in the stalks for about a month now. I weaned the calves off and took to vet where they were worked, then weighed across scale before hauling them out to stalks and they weighed right at 1200 lbs. I'm guessing now that they have been out in the stalks, they are getting close to that 1250 lb mark. They raised big calves and now that the calves are off they are filling out very nice. I would call them fancy heifers, very even bunch and have that angus cross in them. If I can figure out how to download some pics, I will post them too. | |
