Then, December in Neb usually has some decent bred hiefer / cow specials....one reason for the real high prices up N in Dec., is some of the farmer folks generally need to burn some dough before year end.
Generally figure one can find about 2 cows down here for the price of one those N cows.
And these are actualy better cattle.
Same genetics ( plus some ), just need some feed to get fancy like their Northern sisters.
