I wouldn't do it for less than $2/day. If I can get someone to feed and calve out cows for $1/day and guarantee me 90% live calves by spring for $10/head, I will send you 200 cows and go to florida for the winter. My feed costs are at least a $1 and then I got time and machinery on top of that, then I'd like a little profit to make it worthwhile.
What would you need to charge to custom feed/calve??
