SE Indiana | Must have missed some of this in what I found to read about the rule. Sounded to me like price differences only had to be justified. I think that "consumer desire" would be a valid justification for a premium. I think the rule is to keep the buyer from priceing like quality lots at different price just because they can. A free market only works when everyone is educated and has access to all the information. | |
