Eastern Ohio | Belonging to the NCBA and Ohio Cattlemen's Association, all the info I recieved was to pull the rule. BUT after NCBA and the OCA refused to attend the proposed (debate) in Ohio last week with R-Calf & OCM got me thinking. I contacted my rep in the OCA office and asked who was going to be there, they said no one (gave no reason why) and told me to look into the GIPSA rule myself. Now I'm totally confused.
