| Thanks, now it all makes much more sense. I have always been around people that were talking quota lbs per cow. I'm sure the increases and decreases in milk production arent as dramatic up north as it is down here, so its probably a little easier to establish some kind of an average. I guess the reason we will never see a quota system down here is because the top dogs in the "co-op" will loose thier 250k a year golfing job.
Do you folks see much out of buyers like Dean Foods, Land O Lakes?
What regs are in place to keep cheaper milk from being brought in from out of country? | |
