Chilliwack, British Columbia | Actually a double 10. Overkill, yes. We needed a new parlour, the old one (dbl 4 herringbone) was rotting, milkhouse roof was too small for a bigger tank. We were thinking dbl 6 with room for 10, but the price wasn't THAT much more, it helps we know that we are gonna make some kind of money in the years coming up (thank goodness for quota), and now we are busy while we are in there, although not for very long. And yes, my future plans do go up to ~250 milking, plus more if we want cows walking from a long distance (existing manure pits in the way). May still be too much parlour, but the finances said we could, so we did.
