The idea of putting is an offer is to give the buyer the permission to sell your grain. If they had to call you again to get your permission it would kind of negate the program and cause a lot of confusion. As someone else said you can put an experiation date on the offer to where if it does not fill in a certain length of time it will expire. Its only 5000 bushel. Honor it and move on. I had something similar happen once and it was a wake up call that I was doing a poor job of keeping track of my marketing.
