NE MO & W IL | Yes, that is what they basically conveyed to me. I made it and they filled it. I was my responsibility to cancel according to them. That's fine, if that is the protocol, I just didn't know. I've been spoiled at my main buyer, ADM St. Louis. She will call me or email me, and wait to hear from me before she fills it, but I've known her for years. Sounds like the business etiquette is to deliver on the offer.
