NE MO & W IL | I put in an offer last winter at a grain buyer and of course I forgot about it. The grain buyer filled it the last week without talking to me......do I have to agree to that contract now? What is proper business procedure here. Shouldn't they have asked me first? Obviously, I would have said no with the way the market is going up. Or was it my responsibility to cancel my offer? I now have a 5000 bushel contract on my desk to sign and I don't want to sign it. Any advise on what is right or wrong would be helpful.
