Buying from a neighbor is a pie in the sky comment. Wheat was frozen and no production for hundreds of miles that any one would sell. If one goes out to buy grain from a producer they semll blood and increase the price for the risk of you not having the money plus freight if you have to go very far. That dime to buy out the contract looks cheap.
