Been farming 11 years now.    The first 8, I remember being dang glad to get 2.35 cash for corn.   Also remember all my college buddy's buying big houses and 2 new cars in the garage.

 Econ 101, everything is cyclical, take it in, prepare for the future.

 The big question I have:    Is the gubernment going to bail us out like they did in the mid 80's on land?   If they are, Im buying, cuz it seemed to work real well for some in the past.
