Central Minnesota | John is correct as to the end of farm subsidies in the near future. General population will put added pressure on goverment powers to stop them. One less use of their tax dollars to support a program not understood and they feel is not necessary. The dissappearence of these payments will not affect the small and medium farm operations much. It is the larger ones who seem to be working the rules to their advantage when possible as the added cash payments have become a sizable and important line item in their cash flows. | |
