I've got an all steel Titan, 24' long and love it.  No rust, and it's 4 years old.  Can't see spending the extra money for aluminum.

As to the myth that only aluminum trailers hold their value, I was at a sale this spring that had a Titan identical to mine, down to the color, only 1 year newer.  It brought $150 MORE then I paid for mine new.
