What is it with you people and your complete and total mistrust of law enforcement and any government agency in general? The guy just pointed out the law as he knows it and enforces it. He isn't quoting or enforcing the constitution. I guess if it is indeed illegal to tresspass on railroad property without a warning you found a loophole.
