West Central IL | I'm afraid you've lost me...am I the only one? Who wants your rights? Law Enforcement? Pro Farmer Crop tour? Aliens? I am not in the habit of stepping on somebody's constitutional rights or I would have been tossed out of law enforcement sometime in the last 14 years. I am however sworn to uphold the law in my county and I am under the direction of the Sheriff and States Attorney's Office, if you think they are mistaken on Land Law feel free to take it up with them.
Where in any of my posts did I quote you the constitution? I was going by my States Attorney and what IL Criminal Law says.
I didn't catch how many years of practicing law you said you had or how long you have been involved in law enforcement. If I missed that somewhere along the way please enlighten us or does your statement "been on the wrong side 1 too many times" mean you've been arrested a few times? | |
