North Central Illinois | I wasn't trying to bust your chops DJM. Just having a little fun. I told you that I respect your opinion even if I don't totally agree with it. I guess I figure I have more important things to worry about. Technically you are correct in your constitutional anylysis but I just don't think it is worth getting in a big twist over. I think it could be handled better. They could ask for volunteers over the winter of spring to have their crops scouted. Then it would be all lined up ahead of time. Then I suppose it might not be as random but they wouldn't run the risk of offending landowners. Or they could just forget it all together!! | |
