Where do you come up with the fear based equation of "imported E" on this?
Mandated use means the blenders are still required to blend...so your fear biased "jobs lost" tactic is a lie.
Get real.
RFA is the poorest source of anything to do with the blender tax issue simply because they are the ones pocketing the free dough.
Your pretty liberal with wasting (spending ) $6.75 Billion of your fellow citizen's money to supposedly intice a Mandated use deal which the markets themselves can aptly handle.
