reading an article in the agri-news about the cattle losses from the heat a couple weeks ago and it said the feedlots were busy watering cows and bedding them down. Now the bedding down I've never hear of. Is this a misinformed journalist or do they really bed them down with straw, don't see how it would work in alleviating heat stress.
