New Mexico | defined as very simply "the FRIEGHT difference from point of use," seems to me like there's sure been alot of supposed wide weekly swings in perhaps the fuel or labor or machinery costs involved in the frieght process.
Granted we're such a liberal society now that any word like say "basis" can perhaps be taken to mean most anything...just as long it that allows another touch of "gaming" some dough out of the middle so to speak.
