NE-IN
Not sure if you like spicy stuff but this make pretty good chicken for fajitas or just to eat.

1 choped onion
3-4 cloves garlic (depends on how much you like garlic)
2-3 tbs oragino
1 & 1/2 cup diced jalapinos (use the kind out of a jar and do not drain)
2-3 tsp cumin powder
1 tbs black pepper.
1/4 cup vegtable oil
I also add 1 crushed red chili pepper to really spice it up.

Put all that in a food processor and then pour it in a 1 gal zip lock. add 4 fair sized chicken breasts to it and let it set over night. Then grill to perfection. Watch out for the first time you open the lid on your grill it can be a blast of pepper that can be a bit strong.
