Not a marinade but most times we like them just lightly coated with evoo, a little garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste. Hard to beat if you're looking for a little something different. Evoo was suggested to us here on NAT for pork chops that always seemed too dry and we have adopted it over to most meats. Things stay a lot more moist.
