Subject: Rechargeable battery question

What do you use for your digital cameras? Does matter what charger you have, fast or slower? I bought some Energizer when we got a digital camera. My wife seemed to think they didn't last very long after a while. I bought another charger and more batteries and use them in a small flashlight. Here lately they don't seem to last very long, so I checked the voltage after charging them, about 1.35 volts. If I charge them 2-4 times I can get them up around 1.45 volts. I thought maybe the batteries were bad. I got some new ones Sunday. After the first charge they were at 1.39 volts. Near as I can tell the charger puts out enough to charge them, but I will check again. Thanks.
