Thats probably a FAQ but i am pretty sure that the meat it just as big as a larger cow. You are able to raise more head/acre as opposed to a larger cow. Therefore more meat/acre. As for the quality of meat there are tons of websites that do comparisons. I was just kind of looking for some personal experience with the results instead of reading a bias website.
http://www.minicowswest.com/beefstudies2.htm heres a link to show an in depth view of meat quality. It is also said that they, miniture cattle, will have a 70% larger ribeye than a larger cow in ratio terms. Also they are higher in the omega 3 fatty acids(good) but lower in omega 6 (bad).
