Iowa | I was always taught to tag an animal about half way in between the ribs. What happens when you get it closer to the head of the animal or father out? What happens if you hit a rib? I ask because when tagging calves I try to get it right but we all know you have to be quick and well sometimes you dont get it in the right spot. Just wondering if it is that big of deal if you miss the proper spot. | |
